formula for velocity magnitude
Does anybody know the formula describing the velocity magnitude in FLUENT?
I have two 2d-axisymmetric geometries(volumes) joined by a small interior notch. The first small volume has an overpressure and the other bigger one obtains a gauge pressure. The fluid in the firts volumen is sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) and in the other one is air. I want to simulate the leakage of SF6 in to air especially the velocity magnitude on axis.
I have got the result, but there it a different by comparing with an other CFD-sofware in term of velocity.
I would like to know how velocity (magnitude, axial, radial...) are described in formula by FLUENT.
