Cell Courant number
Can anyone tell me how the Cell Courant number is defined exactly in Fluent 6.3. I connot find it anywhere in the manual. A general Courant number is defined : C=U*dt/dx where dt is the time step chosen by the user. I wonder how U is chosen in Fluent, I suppose it should be the velocity magnitude in the cell. Is this correct? Another problem is the parameter dx. Is this the largest cell dimension or is this cell volume^(1/3), which is used in the definition of the cell Reynolds number. Thanks
