Hi All,

Just realised I probably should of asked this in this section.

I have hopefully a very quick quesiton to answer.

In icepak, when you set up a simple two resistor network block, and after simulation to post process the "power and temperature value", does this give the junction temperature, or the case temperature?

Thanks

Hi,
The power and temperature values tab generally shows the hot spot temperature recorded on that component, in your case Junction temperature.
If you would like to compare, just try with the values you obtain from:
Report > Network block values.
Thanks
