Default Imposing Unsteady Boundary Conditions

Hi!

I would like to simulate an airfoil moving through a turbulent gust using the URANS formulation in FLUENT.

I have tried modelling the gust by modelling the velocity inlet to my domain as a constant U velocity (in x) and a UDF defined varying V velocity (in y). However, as this propagates across the domain, the disturbance becomes smeared.

Does anyone have a suitable solution for modelling this problem, please?

Many Thanks

Mark
