Asymmetry in results

Hi everyone, I am doing supersonic 3D simulation of convergence-divergence nozzle. I am using parallel Fluent with 16 processor. I have used principle axis method to distribute my grid. Now when I am simulating, the absolute pressure and velocity profile does not look symmetrical with respect to symmetrical plane. Is it possible that the method you use for grid parition will effect your result symmetry. IF no then can anyone suggest me, what I shd do to eliminate the asymmetry as i already have 1.5 millions cells so I think my grid is fine enough. Thanks in advance.

try changing the partitioning to be along the cartesian coordinate (x,y,z) that is parallel to the axis of the nozzle.
