Default boundary conditions for the fluid in the rotor

Hi,

I am modeling a 3D rotor with tip clearance. I have specified 'Moving Reference Frame' for fluid-rotor, (as the rotor is rotating). Should I also specify 'Moving Reference Frame' for fluid in tip-clearance region.

Many Thanks,
