temperature initialization

hi all,
I am doing a transient convective heat transfer analysis in fluent. its a 3D grid for flow over a plate with hot air passing over the plate surface. how do i give the initial temperature of the plate as an input to fluent before iterating? |

Hi
In the BC panel, change the thermal condition from Heat flux to "temperature" and specify it. Regards AAA |

but none of my plate surfaces will stay at a constant temperature. its a transient analysis.
are u sure that it will work? |
