hi i am doing a simulation in my case i am giving the boundary conditions as constant values fluent will take up these values and uses them at the time of iterating once the solution get converges it stops . now my ques is , for the second time the boundary conditions are decreased by .1 and again manually we give iteration option this is done for five times . I just want to do this continoues iteration process for five different values like for example 5, 4.9, 4.8, 4.7, 4.6 , so what is the loop should be used to carry out iteration process continously five times and also what is the the macro to be used

you have to give the velocity input through UDF. Use F_velocity_Profile()=5,4.9 .. etc.

In solve iterate panel, you can give the number of iterations for updation in UDF profile update column.

Write the UDf such that F_V_P will take the coreponding values on updation.
