HI all!

I am little confused here if you people can help me. I have a cylinder which is partially submerged in water. its opened at both ends and one end is exposed to atmosphere(out of water) and one end is inside the water.( 80 cm vertical cylinder with 50 cm of it submerged in water.) I have defined at the bottom face of this cylinder as pressure inlet which I shall be giving a pressure UDF from this face and the upper face is defined as pressure outlet. Now to set values on these two faces, what gauge pressure should I set at the upper face and what value of gauge pressure at the bottom end. Kindly someone suggest. Should I put 0 gauge pressure at the top face or 101325 pascal??
