If i am not wrong, you are talking about Drag on body in external flow. In Fluent, Drag and Lift forces are possible to get, Go to Report and then force. There you can select surface on which you want to get forces and given direction (very important). Just say print and it would give forces as pressure and viscous forces which is responsible for total drag forces.

If you want to know forces on body at each and every timestep, then you can set in Monitor that would give drag at each time step.
