I want to model the heat transfer of a hot gas into the wall of my pressure vessel. The domain is the cross section of a cylindrical vessel 6 in ID 1.25 in wall. The initial condition is the gas at 1500 K and the thick walls at 300K. The outside of the wall is insulated. I want to see how the heat is flowing from the gas into the wall and where the highest temperature is for later stress calculation.

Any help?

Jaap
