Source Term used in Eulerian Model(Two phase)

Recently I ran into the problem.
I add mass source terms by UDF for two phases respectively, and initialize the volume fraction of 2th phase as 0.5. and then I didn't solve volume fraction equation. I receive error. And then I choose to change the volume fraction of 2th phase as 1.0, I also couldn't get result. At last I keep the volume fraction of 2th phase as 1.0 and disable the mass source term of 1st phase. It worked! I just wonder in Eulerian Model, the mass source term of 1st phase would make effect on the 2th phase even the volume fraction of 2th phase is 1.0(Which means that the volume fraction of 1st phase is 0.0)? |
