PROBLEM REGARDING MICROCHANNEL HEAT SINK

Sir,

I am working on microchannel heat sink project by cfd analysis in fluent package.During my research work,at the time of iteration it is showing TEMPERATURE LIMITED TO A FIXED VALUE.

So,i want to know the meaning of temperature limited here and also what will be the corrective steps for eleminating the phrase temperature limited.

This can be changed by solve --> control --> limits (in this window you can increase the temperature upper and lower limits). This will prevent the warning "TEMPERATURE LIMITED....". As for the meaning of temperature limited, I am not sure of what this means. Hope this helps.
