Are any possibility for me to make multiple fuels inject in FLUENT? For example: coal and wood, both in particles?

Sure, we do it all the time. As Billy said, use separate injections. For example, coal could be Injection-0 which would have a set of particles each with their own type, injection location, particle diameter, combustion properties, etc and wood could be Injection-1, again with its own properties.
