mooving mesh problem inside the cylinder

PROB:effect of orientation of manifold on the in-cylinder flow field when the piston is mooving. Q:For this problem which software(fluent(or)cfx)can i use and how much duration it will tak?(is it complete in 5 months (or) it will take long time?)

For Moving mesh is concerned u can use Fluent itself because it is pretty good compared to CFX......
