Default Problems with porous media

Hello,

I am trying to do a laminar 2d simulation of flow through a channel with a piece of porous media stuck halfway through it. [Since it is laminar and steady state, I am using C2=0. I use permeability = 1e-6, thickness = 1m, mu=1e-5, rho=1.]

*Problem is I do not see Darcy's law working.* For ex, with an inflow gauge pressure of 10000pa and pressure outflow BCs, I only see a velocity of 44.95m/s which is much lower than what I should be seeing based on Darcy's law. What am I messing up? Also, the inflow gauge pressure of 10000pa is not seen in the solution. It is slightly lower and is 9000pa.

Any help would be much appreciated!
