Transient data

Hallo, I had a rectangular domain. I defined some points on this domain and want to get the transient informations for some selected variables (temperature,velocity etc) as a file. I know how I can do this in CFX but in fluent I have no idea. For example for 100 time steps , I have 100 files containing information for the points about the selected variables.
