Default urgent-dividing inlet of 3d pipe

I want to divide the inlet of 3 D pipe into two parts (not equal in areas) the pipe is symetric a long the vertical midplane as shown on the figure given in the following link: http://www.quickfiles.net/860919 I have no idea how I can doing it can anybody assist me with it? I appreciate any possible assist.
