gambit "error while loading shared libraries"

I installed Gambit on a Linux openSUSE 10.3 system. Gambit wont run. Any advice or help? Thank you in advance.

When I type gambit, I get this message:

usr@hb:~> gambit LANG en_US.UTF-8 changed temporarily to en_US for gambit use.

Starting home/usr/fluent/Fluent.Inc/gambit2.3.16/lnamd64/gambit ...

/home/usr/fluent/Fluent.Inc/gambit2.3.16/lnamd64/gambit: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
