Viscosity for solid dispersed phase in E-E modelin

Hi, I want to model a system having liquid and a solid dispersed phase particles using Eulerian-Eulerian modeling.

While creating the solid particle material, what viscosity should I give for it? I looked in to Tutorial 20 and there the left the viscosity of solid particle phase same as that of water.

What is the importance of the viscosity of dispersed solid phase?

Please help, Thanks, Kushagra
