hello

i have to calculate the volume or the mass of a specie in post-processing and i don't know the good report type to select in Volume Integrals.

can you indicate me the right way to calculate the volume of water in a region ( for example )?

To calculate the mass in a region (I assume a volume?) use the concentration (fluent offers mol/volume) and calculate the volume average of your concentration. Then multiply the result with the volume and the mole weight or just take the volume-averaged density times the volume and the massfraction, where you should obtain the same.
