Tecplot Data Loader "Fluent *.cas and *.dat"

Hi Dear Users

I used TECPLOT to load Cas and Data files of FLUENT. After loading and exteracting a line and ploting velocity I didn't see zero velocity at wall. I know that it may because of cell centered data on FLUENT, But how can I solve this problem in TECPLOT or FLUENT.I used average to node option too but it didn't help any.
