ICEMCFD - 2D - EXTRUDE

Hello everyone, when I build the blocking with ICEMCFD I generally make large use of the Extrude operation, which basically creates a new block upon a specified face of an existing block. Now, I am dealing with a 2D geometry, and I need to make the same operation, but ICEMCFD says that the EXTRUDE is possible only for 3D. There must be some easy way to perform a similar action. Does anyone know how??? Thanks

You can create blocks from existing vertices or points/locations.
