UDF Multicomponent Diffusivity with Knudsen term
I'm trying to model the diffusivity in a porous region. Using the parallel pore model, the diffusivity can be the harmonic average of the effective multicomponent diffusivty (i.e. Stefan Maxwell - mc) and the Knudsen diffusivity(kn), such that 1/Deff = (1/Dkn + 1/Dsm)^(-1).
I'm just wondering if people could suggest a way to use the multicomponent diffusivity model in Fluent to calculate Dsm, but then use this diffusivity to calculate a Deff as above that will be used in governing transport equations...
