free surface representation -- Urgent

I have a problem where in I have to show the free surface over a liquid which is being agitated from bottom( 2d model) gas injection.over the liquid surface there is air. How can I represent that in GAMBIT & Fluent.

You can create a regular 2d mesh in Gambit. In Fluent, you can patch the bottom of the geometry (the liquid zone) with a liquid volume fraction of 1. VOF multiphase model can be used since you need to simulate the free surface. You can read the Fluent help file on how to patch a region.

you can first adapt the region where you want water. then patch it..it will work.
