Evaporatin water in the air
 
Hi everybody, How can i model the evaporation of water in the air? i have a water tank that surounded by the air, the tempreture of water is 300K and air is 450K, what model and method in Fluent can help me in this modeling? Can Fluent model the changing phase? I mean liquid to gas?

My same kind of question is how to model the condensation process of the water vapor on a cold plate with temperature of 5C, the air with relative humidity of 80% and temperature of 60C. if i can add a UDS in fluent. Please help me out! Thank you!
