Track in absolute/relative frame option for DPM
The last paragraph at http://www.fluentusers.com/fluent/do...ug/node838.htm talks about rotating flows and also recommends to perform DPM in relative reference frame for rotating flows.
I am simulating hydrocyclones which have highly swirl flow inside it. The walls are stationary. Does it apply in my case as well ? What does it mean by 'rotating flows' ?
Should I enable 'Track in Absolute Frame' option inside the 'Numerics' panel of 'Discrete Phase Model' ? What effect it might play in my simulations?
