PLS help me,a DPM problem

hello folks, recently I simulated a spray evaporation, the injection type was solid cone, but when I stared to interated,it is convergened after only one interation,I know there is some mistake, but I can't find it,please help me to figure out the problem. best regards

simulate combustion?did you set the discrete phase model "interaction with Continuous phase",if you didn't the fuel can't injection from your soild cone. hopes can help you

Re: PLS help me,a DPM problem

I simulate the spray evaporation, I had select the "interaction with Continuous phase" and I still didn't know where is the problem, why did the calculation converge after iterating only one step.

what happens with the solution if you turn out the convergence criteria for the residuals?

Re: PLS help me,a DPM problem

I changed the convergence criteria, the continuity,x-velocity,y-velocity,z-velocity and the discretised phase.however, the tendency of the residual seemed like a horizontal line except the residualof the discretised phase fluctuated.I don't know where was wrong, pls help me.thanks

What is the mass flow rate you specified?
