Modelling 3D elbow in Gambit

Hey,

Can you suggest something regarding the modelling of 3D elbow in Gambit. How do we need to go about it? Which operations do we need to perform? I went through the Gambit tutorial but gives only the 2D elbow. Any ideas?

Thanx, Karthik

hi karthik, simple way to do is that create the 2d face...and revolve it about it's axis..

if you have any non symmetry volumes like small tube joining in the elbow...model it separately (create the small face and sweep it till it goes inside the elbow volume) and unite with the elbow volume.
