Default airflow modelling in a room

dear all,

currently i am doing my final year project on airflow modeling in a room, i am new with this fluent software. please advised me.

1. i have completed meshing the room using GAMBIT but i have no ideas on how to set the condition in the FLUENT, the room has 6 numbers of supply air diff and 2 nums of return air diff. how do i define these items

your helps arehighly appreciated

what do u mean by schematic of the computational domain? do u mean the schematic layout of the room? sorry
