dynamic mesh for rotating body
 

Hi could anybody please help me out for the following problem

a flap(2D/3D) rotates for 30 degree in any one plane...... ...in dynamic meshing technique of fluent, which all options i should try(to have proper motion of the meshes)......like dynamic layering or smoothing, remeshing etc. thanks
