Default Actuator disk modeling

Hey all! I need help modeling a propeller in fluent/gambit. I am modeling the propeller as an "zero thickness" actuator disk (using a fairly simplified model). I know the upstream conditions and the pressure drop across the propeller.(pusher type configuration) Also I have generated the rest of the geometry. Now I need to impose the boundary conditions and I don't know how.

Please help me figure this out... Thanks.
