Default How to incorporate modules

I would be solving a Navier stokes equation and the output of the equation namely the velocity is to be used to solve another two equations (Which are of Convection - Diffusion type). How should I write modules for them. How should I write User Defined Functions for them.

Kindly do the needful help.
