By default, Gambit produces quadrilateral elements in the boundary layer. It is possible to obtain triangular elements( even could be right angled triangles) in the boundary layer? Thanks in advance

in 2D , it is quad...if you create a BL from a tri mesh in 3D, it would be a prism element..in order to maintain constant thickness.
