fluent-Incylinder-problem-FATAL ERROR

Hi Everyone, I am trying to simulate a 3-d incylinder model using fluent 6.3 solver, after defining the mesh in gambit and then importing into fluent solver,I defined the dynamic mesh motion model, once that stage is over when I tried to simulte the mesh motion, I recieved the following ERROR message: FLUENT recieved fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1.Note exact events leading to error. 2. save case /data under new name. 3.Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. error object:()

Could any one guide me on how to solve this problem?-please.

that is an essential error in case setup. make sure all moving/deforming parts are defined accurately. also the in cylinder parameters are of importance! one other thing is that if you are using structured meshes, you should only use layering for moving mesh.
