Hi all,

I have a question in selecting the model (turbulent or Laminar). Ofcourse it depends on the reynold's number, but if i select a turbulent model for a laminar flow case, will this show any unstabilities in the solution or the solver recognises the laminar flow???

Thanks in advance

it will not recognize the laminar flow. The stability is dependent on your discritization scheme and Courant number for steady flow.
