Two Phase immiscible Flow in a microchannel

Hello! I studied two phase flow (air, water) in a micro serpentine channel. I'm a new user of fluent and my simulation with the VOF method seems to be uncorrect: I can view only one phase while the secondary phase don't flow. I used a courant number of 0.001 in a steady simulation.

Can you suggest me something?

There is anyone who have a similar problem?

Thanks
