Default Compressible Flow

Hello I finished modeling compressible using Fluent Laminar Flow, 2d Axisimmetry, unsteady coupled with the energy equation. I used qua mesh. Unfortunatelly the results ode not match with the temperature profiles at the center of the vessel. The model shows a "vane" form from the inlet pipe to the other end of the vessel. Since water is being pumped at constant initial temperature that vane has that temperature and around it the temperature gradients. The flow is laminar just a little over 2000 at the entrance. Should I model this type of system using turbulence flow perhaps Spalart-Allmaras Model? Refine my mesh? Use tri mesh instead of qua mesh? I really appreciate any input. Kind regards Eduardo
