ANSYS/FLUENT in North America has been working for a long time with the US-Dept. of Energy on creating a toolbox that facilitates this coupling. The software goes under the name APECS (advanced Process Engineering Co-Simulator). It is not a full-fledged software product yet, but the basic coupling has long been accomplished.
