Default Locating points in a display

Dear All,

Suppose there is a single phase liquid flow through a tube under a set of boundary conditions. Now, after the solution is allowed to converge, I wish to simulate a solid particle in the domain. Can that be done by altering the flow properties at a given location ( say by increasing the viscosity to a high value at that particular location, through UDF). I do not wish to use DPM for simulating solid particles.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Nikhil

Many apologies for the incorrect subject line. I have reposted the query under the appropriate subject.
