Default Time-average for a stalled wing

I am trying to find a solution that will give me a time-average view of a stalled wing. From reading around a bit, I got the impression that the way to do this is to simply go with the steady state solver.

However, I cannot get my solution to converge, despite setting my under-relaxation values very low. Is there anything else I can do or am I taking the wrong approach?
