Default One boundary condition?

The mesh I got to solve is a (2d) airfoil in the center, but the boundary condition is just one boundary in a circle around the whole grid, about 10 airfoil lengths across.

Can I use the boundary like this (as a velocity inlet), or do I need to re-mesh it?

Thanks, Kai
