How to simulate two solids

How to simulate two solids closed with each one. I did the two 2D interfaces, each one in each 3D domains. In ANSYS CFX=v11.0, I did this simulation, but i want to give a look on Fluent results, if there is any difference.

Is it possible to put in the data experimental like below:

(In CFX, we use 1D interpolation):

t [s] heat flux [w m^-2]
