TIPS OF GRIDS

Can anyone tell me some tips for the construct of structured grids for good results?
I have listen that the lines of grid , near the wall, must be perpenticular at the wall. Also, that the cells along the wall must be iso-length. Is right these??? |

Yes,it is right.But gambit is difficulty to generate this type of mesh.If you want to do this,I can help you
