CFD-3D flow problem using Dynamic mesh method.

Hi, I am working with a 3-D incylinder problem,on turbulence modeling.I imported the CAD geometry of a simple arrangement of piston and cylinder, from the CAD software and completed the meshing in Gambit, when I tried to run it the Fluent solver with Dynamic mesh model,I am unable to proceed after certain degree of crank angle, the following eror occured:Unable to update dynamic mesh at 370 degree crank angle becasue of negative volume. This error occured when I solved the mesh motion set up in fluent.

Could any one please advice on this, how to solve this problem?

Thanks

hiii ,I am doing flow through a pipe with side wall inlets .My problem is to see the path of the air fuel mixture how it is spreading in the pipe.I tried doing it but its not filling the whole volume of the tube. And i am using decane and air mixture for analysis .Can any one help me plzzzzzz

very urgent
