Default Periodic Conditions

I'm trying to model film cooling flow. This requirs a domain in the freestream as well as one at a different temperature in the plenum. The problem is that I need to set the "Periodic Conditions" for this problem but don't know how to set two conditions.

1) I don't know how much mass flux transpires through the periodic walls (which are on either end, NOT the inlet/outlet, of my domain), nor do I know the pressure gradient

2) More importantly, I need to set different bulk temperatures for the two domains and don't know how to go about this.

I've searched through the user manual but haven't come up with anything useful for my problems. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!
