Interface Fluid/Fluid and Solid

I'm modelling the flow in a labyrinth seal with honeycombs by doing a conjugate heat transfer problem.

Since I have different mesh-sizes for the honeycombs, the stator and the rest of the labyrinth I have to defined an fluid/fluid-solid interface between the labyrinth on one side, the honeycomb and the stator and the other side. The geometry of the stator and honeycombs is however not imprinted on the labyrinth side.

In Fluent I coupled these interfaces within grid interfaces...The corresponding wall are created. However it gives crazy results. I think the problem is due to the interface I define.

Should I define 2 interfaces, one fluid/fluid and the other one fluid/solid? Is there any way of keeping this fluid/fluid-solid interface? The programmation of the fluid/fluid fluid/solid interfaces will be pretty complicated and time-consuming.
