How to model combustion in high speed flows

I would like to know about how to model combustion in FLUENT. which is the turbulance model suitable for it. I would also like to know about stability of analysis involving chemically reactive flows.

PDF combustion model can model coal or droplet combusion.and the spcies transport model can model gas combustion
