Ansys Workbench and Fluent

I would like to be able to export a 3-D mesh directly from Ansys Workbench to something Fluent can read directly. I have been able to use CFX to convert the Workbench mesh into something Fluent can read, but this is somewhat of a hassle. Is this something that is possible to do, or is this just an exercise in futility?

Re: Ansys Workbench and Fluent

Which version of ANSYS are you using? And which software are you using to create the mesh?

If you're using ANSYS 11 SP1, the Advanced Meshing software should be able to export mesh directly to FLUENT 6.3 in the .msh format. You can specify all the boundary conditions and continuums in Advanced meshing as well.
