Default how to find turbulent length scale ??

Hi friends i have fully developed pipe of dia 0.05m so, is turbulent length scale l=0.07*0.05=0.0035m is correct?????

with this if i calculate dissipation rate it is coming 5510 is it realistic ?? mean velocity is 1 m/s.
